Chef and wine connoisseur Caterina Moore, known for bringing the first Italian festival to Southern Oregon in 2002, leads you into an experience of old-world food and wine traditions. Over four days and nights you will be transported to a slower pace, where flavors are savored and each day is delicious.
Revel in all the bounty Southern Oregon has to offer: world class wines; picturesque vineyards; organic and biodynamic farms; artisan cheeses, chocolates, and bakeries. A lovely climate and welcoming people make this experience unforgettable.
Days include tastings at acclaimed wineries and visits to organic farms. A morning visit to the growers market for seasonal bounty inspires an afternoon of hands-on cooking adventure in the kitchen, followed by memorable alfresco dining.
Evenings include culinary experiences in acclaimed restaurants, wine bars, and the opportunity to meet with Tasting Master founders for tips on how to fully enjoy the experience of wine tasting.
For over 20 years, Caterina has been taking small groups to Italy on culinary, art history, and wine tours. Her hands-on cooking classes are limited to groups of 15 participants, which allows for a personalized experience that is memorable, informative, and great fun!
